US puts Doku Umarov on list of international terrorists

The US has officially included the rebel leader Doku Umarov on its list of international terrorists, RIA Novosti reports.
The US Secretary of State has announced that Doku Umarov is on the list according to presidential order 13224, which is aimed at pursuing terrorists and their supporters. This decision will help limit financing and other support for Umarov, Assistant US Secretary of State Philip Crowly stated.
