Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili will attend the Crans Montana regional forum in Azerbaijan on June 29, his spokeswoman Manana Mandzhgaladze said today, Trend reports.
The 23rd annual forum will open in Baku on June 28 and last until July 1. Jean-Paul Carteron, Executive Chairman and founder of the forum, Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov, President of Montenegro Filip Vujanovic, Prince of the Fujeirah Shaikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Prince of Luxembourg Jean and other high-ranking guests will take part in the forum. They will discuss the role of Azerbaijan in supplying Eastern Europe with electricity, situation in the Middle East, monitoring of ethnic rules of corporate policy.
Crans Montana was founded in Switzerland in 1986. It cooperates with the UN, UNESCO, UNIDO, ISESCO, EU, Council of Europe, OFID and large international groups.
