The Rossotrudnichestvo Federal Agency and the FMS will simplify procedures for the return of compatriots to Russia, Rossotrudnichestvo Chief Constantine Kosachev said on Wednesday, RIA Novosti reports.
62,600 people have returned with the help of the state program for voluntary settlement of compatriots in Russia, passed in 2006. The program expires in 2012. Over half of the people returning arrived in 2011.
