PACE: Normalization of Turkish-Armenian relations depends on Armenia

The president of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Movlud Chavushoglu thinks that continuing normalization of Turkish and Armenian relations depends on the position of Yerevan,
the agencyMediamax reports.
"If Armenia declines the preconditions provided for by the Constitutional Court, anything is possible", he
said. "Not only I, the whole international community thinks that progress is impossible in the region unless Armenia frees the occupied territories.
