A militant was killed at Nartkala in Kabardino-Balkaria on Friday, RIA Novosti reports.
A counter-terrorism operation started in Nartkala on the Streets of Borukayev, Oshnokov, Mayakovsky, Repina and the city's industrial zone at 7 am today. A criminal case was initiated for attack on police officer and illegal trafficking of weapons. A life sentence may be passed.
