Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has ordered formation of a Consulate General office in Odessa, AzerTAG reports.
The Cabinet was ordered to provide technical support and financing of the office. The Foreign Ministry was ordered to determine the Consulate General’s structure and staff.
