Kazakh president orders new anti-crisis plan

Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has ordered  thedevelopment of a new anti-crisis plan, Trend reports.

Nazarbayev attended an industrial forum. He said that the state program for boosted development of industry and innovations needs a reset. This includes reconsideration of the education system. A new monitoring system is needed.

The president expressed discontent with idleness of new enterprises launched in 2011. 225 enterprises launched in the first half of 2011 are operating at only 60% output, although a year was given for their development.
