Nicolai Khlyntsov was approved as new chairman of the government of
North Ossetia-Alaniya at the parliamentary session, VK reports from
Vladikavkaz.
According to official protocol the Cabinet of Taymuraz Mamsurov hand
in their resignation notices. Mamsurov characterized Khlyntsov as a
well-educated responsible specialist. Representatives of ‘United
Russia’, the KPRF (Communist Party), and ‘Fair Russia’ made speeches.
Soslan Andiyev, Kazbek Taysayev and Garri Kuchiyev made assurances
that the Cabinet headed by Khlyntsov can expect support from their
fractions.
For his part Khlyntsov promised to continue the course of the former Cabinet.
