Rashid Nurgaliyev, Deputy Secretary of the Russian Security Council, and Tatyana Golikova, Russian Presidential Assistant for socio-economic affairs of Abkhazia and South Ossetia, have having a two-day visit to South Ossetia, RES reports.
They are expected to meet South Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov and heads of ministries and other structures. Golikova and Nurgaliyev plan to visit social and infrastructure facilities.
