Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev believes that part of military purchases may be postponed until industry is ready, RIA Novosti reports.
Some aspects of the military order may be switched to credit schemes or leasing schemes, he adds. Medvedev reminded that the government will consider the budget for 2013-2015 with account of the complicated economy.
Minister for Economic Development Andrey Belousov said on Monday that modernization of the Armed Forces and Navy may be postponed.
