The Georgian parliament has passed a bill on the authority and operation of the government in the first reading today, Trend reports.
The prime minister may issue orders and distribute authority of self-administration. The prime minister may coordinate the work of regional structures and local administrations.
The bill will be passed in the second and third readings today.
