Turkey takes 116 more refugees

A group of 116 refugees has moved to Turkey from Syria, ITAR-TASS reports.

They arrived at the Kilis camp from Azez near Aleppo. They were sent to the Sanliurfa Province. Large groups of refugees arrive once a week. 293 Syrians entered the Hatai Province on July 2. They included 85 Syrian troops, including a general. About 200 refugees arrived in late June. They include a general and two colonels, majors and a lieutenant. Turkey accommodates over 34,000 refugees.

Turkey has to put out fires coming from Syria. A fire was put out in the Hatai Province on Wednesday. Fire happened in four districts. Three fire helicopters, a plane, 30 fire tankers and about 200 people were mobilized. The fire was put out at night. About 50 hectares of forests were destroyed.
