Power has been restored in three out of six districts of Chechnya, RIA Novosti reports.
Power was restored in the Groznensko-Selsky, Itum-Kalinsky and Urus-Martanovsky Districts at 1 pm. 58,000 people remain without electricity in the Shalinsky, Shatoysky and Vedensky Districts.
65,000 people were reported without power earlier.
The power cut was caused by heavy rains and wind on July 4.
8 brigades and two rescue groups are restoring power. 30 people and 10 units of equipment were mobilized.
