The program of cooperation between Armenia and UNICEF for 2010-2015
was signed by Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian and a UNICEF
representative Leyli Moshiri in Yerevan, News Armenia reports.
The document involves implementing reform of children’s social
security, protection of their rights, improving the quality of special
education and providing higher quality social services for low-income
families and children.
