Armenian peacekeepers return to Kosovo

Today 35 Armenian peacekeepers departed for Kosovo, where they will beplaced at the American base "Bondsteel," PanARMENIAN reports. In thevicinity of the town of Urosevac peacekeepers will carry out theirmission in the area of responsibility of the multinational group"East".The Armenian team will be responsible for the commandant's service,security, PPC, suppression of riots, crowd control and maintenancepatrols.Armenian peacekeeping units, which have been participating in themission in Kosovo since 2004, were temporarily withdrawn in February2012.
