The Supreme Court of Ingushetia has sentenced Timur Yelkhoroyev and Iles Agiyev, members of the Nazranovskaya Group of militants from Ingushetia in 2009-2010, Yuga.ru reports.
They joined the militants in 2009. The group specialized in attacking police officers.
Yelkhoroyev got 4 years of prison and Agiyev got 3 in February 2011. Further investigation revealed that they were involved in attacks on a prosecutor’s office, shop on the Street of Archakov in Nazran, police buildings, armored vehicles in 2010. They got 15 and 14 years of prison respectively.
