The OSCE has monitored the Armenian-Azerbaijani contact line of forces.
Co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group Igor Popov (Russia), Robert Bradtke (USA) and Jacques Faure, personal representative of OSCE chairman Andrzej Kasprzyk (Poland) crossed the contact line.
Monitoring from the Azerbaijani side was held by Kasprzyk's field assistants Christo Christov (Bulgaria) and William Pryor (UK).
Monitoring on the opposite side was held by field assistants Antal Herci (Hungary) and Irzhi Aberle (Czech Republic).
