Adygeya Leader Aslan Tkhakushinov is marking his 65th birthday today, Yuga.ru reports.

Aslan Tkhakushinov was born at the Ulyap Village in the Krasnogvardeysky District of the Adygeya Autonomous District on July 12, 1947. He is a PhD in Sociology, a corresponding member of the RSE, a professor, Honored Teacher of Russia, Honored Scientist of Krasnodar Territory, Adygeya, Karachay-Cherkessia, Chechnya. He founded and started supervising the Maikop State Technological Institute in 1993. Tkhakushinov has been the Adygeya leader since 2006. His second inauguration was held on January 13, 2012.
