Prime Minister of Montenegro Igor Luksic has arrived in Azerbaijan. National flags were hanging at the International Airport of Heydar Aliyev, 1news reports.
Azerbaijani Vice Premier Elchin Efendiyev and other officials met Luksic. Efendiyev and Luksic had a short protocol meeting at the airport.
