Attendance at the referendum on the new constitution of Kyrgyzstan is standing at 26,32% or 728,442 people, RIA Novosti reports, with reference to the Central Electoral Commission of the republic.
The Electoral Commission announced that there were 2,767,295 electors. According to the latest data, the highest attendance is in the Issyk-Kul region, with 31,76% turnout, the lowest is in the Osh and Dzhalal-Abad
regions, with 22,12% and 23,28% turnout respectively.
The vice-premier of the provisional government of Kyrgyzstan, Omurbek Tekebeyev, will resign on July 10th, AKIpress reports.
