The fire that started at a military base at the Sangachal Village of Baku at 7 am has been put out, Trend reports.
Deputy Prime Minister Yakub Eyubov, Minister for Emergencies Kamaleddin Heydarov, chief of state fire services Elchin Guliyev and military prosecutor Khanlar Veliyev arrived at the spot.
