Within the cooperation of the Supreme Administrative Court situated in Mannheim in Baden-Württemberg Land and the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan, supported by the International Cooperation Society of Germany, a party of Azerbaijani MPs and judges has arrived on a visit to Germany.
The Azerbaijani judges visited the embassy of Azerbaijan in Berlin and shared their experience with the local administrative courts of Mannheim, Leipzig, and Berlin. A consul at the embassy, Rizvan Nabiyev, told the guests about bilateral relations, including legal aspects.
The delegation's spokesman, judge Rashid Rzayev, expressed interest in the practice of German administrative courts since 1863. To date, only 20% of verdicts have been in favor of citizens. In Azerbaijan, 80% of verdicts are made in favor of citizens in administrative courts.
