A group of Iranian elementary school teachers have held a rally in front of the parliament in Tehran today, Trend reports.
The teachers were protesting against their dismissal upon the education minister's decision.
About 25,000 primary school teachers were recently dismissed in Iran, a representative of the protesters said.
"We are here for somebody to hear us and to restore our work at school in this hard economic situation," he said.
