Russia plans to build military bases in Cuba, Seychelles and Vietnam, as stated by Vice Admiral Victor Chirkov, Commander of the Russian Naval Forces, RIA Novosti reports.
The USSR used to have bases in Vietnam (Kamran) and Syria (Tartus). The only base left is located in Tartus.
