Georgian prosecutors freeze accounts of football player Kakha Kaladze

The prosecutor's office of Georgia has frozen the bank accounts of a
Georgian football players, Kakha Kaladze. As stated by the
prosecutor's office, suspicious transfers had been recently noticed on
the accounts of the football player, Trend reports.

The Financial Monitoring Service of the National Bank of Georgia
suspected Kaladze of money laundering. According to the received
information, $ 6 million have been recently transferred to the account
of Kaladze.

Kakha Kaladze is one of the leaders of the opposition Georgian Dream party.
