The US State Department has published a report on world terrorism for 2011. It notes that terrorism in Russia is still a threat. The worst terrorist attack in 2011 was the Domodedovo Airport blast in Moscow organized by Doku Umarov in January. 37 people died and 148 were injured, RIA Novosti reports.
