The Ministry for Emergencies has announced a warning about fire risks in Krasnodar Territory, RIA Novosti reports.
Most districts of the region have the highest risk of fire between the 1st of August and the 3rd. The region has not fully recovered from the flood in Gelendzhik, Krymsk and Novorossiysk on July 7. 7,000 houses were submerged then. 168 people died and three are still missing.
