Uzbekistan has passed the bill on foreign political activity in the country. The Senate is to consider the document initiated by President Islam Karimov in August, ABC.az reports.
The document bans foreign military bases in Uzbekistan. The main priority of Uzbek foreign policy is Central Asia. Its main goals are peace and regional stability, assistance in Afghanistan, use of trans-border water resources and ecological stability.
