The terrorist attack in Grozny on Monday was organized by the bandit brothers
Muslim and Hussein Gakayev, the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has claimed.
Four people were killed and three others were injured as a result of
the explosion. According to preliminary data, the explosive device
was detonated by the two suicide bombers.
Kadyrov said that the best specialists are working to eliminate the
bandits, the website of the Chechen administration cites his words.
In addition, Kadyrov suggested that the terrorists might have used
mentally-handicapped people as suicide bombers.
"This is the tactic of the Gakayevs. Find patients, mentally-handicapped
people, give them drugs and direct them to death," the head of
the republic said.
Hussein Gakayev is one of the leaders of the Chechen separatists and a
famous warlord. At a meeting of field commanders in 2010 he wasproclaimed the commander of the armed forces and the Emir of Chechnya.
Previously, under Doku Umarov, he was named separatist Interior
Minister (in 2007) and governor of the Province of the Chechen "Caucasus
Emirate" (in 2010).
His brother Muslim has been acting as commander of the Shali
Sector of the Chechen separatist armed forces since May 2007.
