The Turkmen parliament has passed the bill on referendum, Trend reports.
The document was passed at the 15th session of the Turkmen parliament of the 4th calling. The UN Development Program (UNDP) assists in developing electoral systems and processes in Turkmenistan, implementation of international standards into laws on presidential elections, CECs and referendums.
Amendments were introduced to laws on parliamentary polls, Criminal Code, Code of Administrative Violations, Tax Code, Customs Code.
