Former Georgian Parliamentary Speaker Nino Burjanadze's party will not participate in parliamentary elections, Trend reports.
She said at a press briefing today that the party underwent all of the procedures and was registered among the 41 parties wishing to participate in the elections.
However, she said, Georgia doesn't have the election environment for free and democratic elections. She believes that in such circumstances, her party will not be able to achieve a victory.
Parliamentary elections will be held in the country on October 1.
