New Stavropol city manager makes first reshuffles

New city manager of Stavropol Andrey Jatdoyev has appointed former head of the Promyshlenny District of the city Ivan Ulyanchenko as his acting deputy, RIA Novosti reports.

Dmitry Semyonov will no longer be Ulyanchenko’s deputy and will be heading the district instead. Former Deputy Minister for Construction and Architecture of the region Yelena Lotova has become the deputy head of the committee for urban planning.

City manager Andrey Jatdoyev was elected by the local parliament on August 8.
