Azerbaijani President receives deputy chairman of Russian Government

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today received the deputy chairman of the Russian Government, Dmitry Rogozin, Trend reports.

Rogozin extended Russian President Vladimir Putin`s and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev`s greetings to the Azerbaijani leader.

President Ilham Aliyev and Dmitry Rogozin praised the relations between Azerbaijan and Russia, saying they were developing in different areas, including in the defense industry.

They discussed prospects for bilateral cooperation in the defense sphere.
