The government of Kabardino-Balkaria will form a council for culture and art to encourage collaboration of artists and art organizations, RIA Novosti reports.
The council will also contribute to legislative development and make recommendations. Prime Minister of Kabardino-Balkaria Ivan Gertner will supervise the council.
