The leader of the "Georgian Dream" coalition, Bidzina Ivanishvili, made a complaint against the Government of Georgia to the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes of the World Bank, Trend reports. According to Archil Kbilashvili, the lawyer of Ivanishvili, the procedure will take more than two and a half years.
Thus, if the "Georgia Dream" wins the election, Ivanishvili will become both the defendant and the plaintiff in this dispute. If the claim is satisfied, Prime Minister Ivanishvili will indemnify businessman Ivanishvili.
