Georgian citizens working or studying abroad may be called back for reserve military service

Georgian citizens who have gone abroad to work or study can be called
for military service in reserve. Those citizens are currently not part
of the military reserve list. The new law will have benefits for such
citizens, Georgia Online reports.

The authors of the bill did not clarify whether it will concern those
citizens or not and the mechanism of conscription. They said that any
amendments would be made while reviewing the bill.
