Russian President Vladimir Putin has approved the criteria for evaluating the efficiency of regional executives, Interfax reports.
Heads of regions are to present reports to the Russian government before April 1 and to the Russian president before May 1.
The reports include information on population, life expectancy, investment, employment, income of the population, housing, graduates and passers of Unified State Exam.
The order on evaluation comes into force on January 1, 2013.
