Georgian Prime Minister Vano Merabishvili today introduced to the government
the new minister for European and Euro-Atlantic integration, Tornike
Gordadze, the press service of the Prime Minister reports.
Gordadze succeeded Baramidze, former Deputy Prime Minister and State
Minister for European Integration. The latter has resigned in order to
participate in the parliamentary elections to be held in Georgia on
October 1, 2012, News-Georgia reports.
Prior to this appointment, Tornike Gordadze served as Deputy Minister
of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.
