The Ukrainian Embassy in Tbilisi has seen protesters supporting Adam Osmayev, the suspected organizer of a failed death plot against Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Osmayev’s lawyer, Valery Kochetov, said that the suspect requested Georgia and Finland to grant him refugee status, since he had lost his Russian citizenship. Kochetov clarified that such a status would not allow him to be extradited from any state.
