Iranian supreme leader calls UN Security Council 'dictatorship'

Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei said at the Non-Aligned Movement summit that the country was not developing nuclear weapons, Interfax reports.

He emphasized that Tehran will not scrap realization of the peaceful nuclear program.

Khamenei said that members of the UNSC were irrational, unjust and undemocratic and called the Security Council a form of dictatorship.

Tehran has opened the 16th summit of the Non-Aligned Movement today. 24 presidents, three kings and about 80 heads of premiers and ministers are attending it.
