The Central Electoral Commission of Georgia has set the rules for voters abroad, News Georgia reports.
Georgians willing to take part in the parliamentary polls of October 1, 2012, need to be registered at consulates before September 10, 2012.
Two blocs and 15 parties will run for parliament on October 1.
