Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the APEC summit that he will work with any US president, where efficiency of cooperation will depend only on the US partners, RIA Novosti reports.
The US will have presidential elections on November 6. US President Barack Obama will compete with the former Governor of Massachusetts Mitt Romney.
