Last night two explosions occured in the Dagestani city of Kaspiysk. A source close to the law-enforcement agencies said there were no casualties, reports reports RIA Novosti.
“According to preliminary data, two explosions happened in Kaspiysk on Abdulmanapova Street near premises belonging to the Seventh-day Adventist Church. No casualties were reported. Police investigators are working the ground to find out the details of the incident”, according to the source.
