Georgia plans to adjust detention measurements. There will be centers with limited freedom where violators will undergo studies and receive certificates, Georgia Online reports.
Such centers will have 100 people detained. They will focus on intensive rehabilitation, will offer jobs and allow the detained to spend their weekends with families.
