Russian President Vladimir Putin and US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will meet at the APEC summit in Vladivostok on September 8 to discuss development of bilateral relations and international problems, Putin’s assistant Yuri Ushakov said, RIA Novosti reports.
The talks will be a continuation of negotiations Putin had with Obama at Los Cabos. Syria will doubtlessly be an essential topic.
The APEC summit will be held in Vladivostok on September 7-9. The US will be represented by Clinton. President Barack Obama cannot attend the summit die to the presidential campaign of the Democratic Party.
