According to the Iranian Interior Ministry, presidential polls in Iran will be held on June 14, 2013, Trend reports.
Candidates for president are checked by the Board of Trustees elected by the Iranian supreme leader and six lawyers proposed by the Iranian judicial system and approved by the parliament.
Iran will held the 10th presidential polls on June 12, 2009, with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad winning the elections. He had 3 opponents.
Elections will also be held for 4 parliamentary seats.
