Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Hulusa Kilidzh plans to attend the opening of an honorary consulate of Turkey in Lankaran on September 8, 1news.az reports.
The ambassador will take part in the grand opening of the Turkish Consulate General in Ganja on September 9.
