session, which will get underway on October 1, the Armenian delegation
plans to raise the matter concerning Ramil Safarov’s extradition and
subsequent pardoning, the head of Armenian delegation Davit
Harutyunyan told Armenian, NEWS.am reports.
In Harutyunyan’s words, during the session all of Armenia’s delegates
will make statements with respect to this incident.

his sleep, during a NATO Partnership for Peace program in Budapest
back in 2004.
When back in Baku, Safarov was granted a pardon by the president.
