Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov remains the top leader of a region in the North Caucasus Federal District (NCFD), according to the rating of August 2012, the Chechen government reports.
The rating was composed by Medialogia.
According to its studies, Kadyrov’s activities were mentioned 2650 times in media resources. The Chechen leader tops the list of reports and the Index of Information Favour.
The rating was based on over 9500 TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, Internet and other sources.
