Moscow Police Chief Anatoly Yakunin has announced an increase of crimes in Moscow committed by locals from other cities and proposed reopening of special divisions for investigation of ethnic organized crime, Vzglyad reports.
Over 48% of crimes were committed by locals from other cities. Yakunin reminded that a working group had been formed for further reformation of the Interior Ministry.
